My name is Lorette, and I am a pastoral counsellor and life coach based in Middelburg, Mpumalanga, South-Africa. The loss of my husband in 2012 was a profoundly traumatic experience that ignited a deep desire to understand my emotions. This leads me on a path to become a counsellor and a life coach.
My mission is to assist others in navigating their life challenges and accomplish positive change. I provide a safe, non-judgemental environment where clients can feel heard and supported. Recognizing the importance of addressing possible childhood traumas, I work with clients to identify and resolve these root causes that may impact their current environment and relationships.
For those of faith, I incorporate the power of prayer and offer tools to manage lingering triggers. I also extend my support to individuals who do not share my beliefs, ensuring that everyone receives the care and guidance they need.
